3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at lrzalexandre@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each person may maintain only one account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or bans.
4. Subscriptions, Plans & Billing
4.1 Plans & Limits
Tweetary offers the following paid plans:

4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in Section 4.4.
4.3 Free Trial
New accounts may access a free trial period as advertised on the pricing page. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except at our discretion for documented service outages exceeding 24 hours.
4.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your account will be flagged and you will be notified by email. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved. Subscription status will reflect PAST_DUE until resolved.

6. Content & Ownership
6.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of your commits, Stripe event data, tone examples, build-in-public photos, and any other content you provide. By using Tweetary, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely to provide the service.
6.2 Generated Tweets
Tweets generated by our AI on your behalf are stored with a status of DRAFT, SCHEDULED, PUBLISHED, FAILED, or ARCHIVED. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication unless you have enabled Auto-schedule.
6.3 Auto-Schedule Responsibility
If you enable Auto-schedule in your X account settings, tweets are generated and published to X automatically without manual review. You accept full responsibility for all content published through this feature. We strongly recommend configuring your tone examples, content strategy, publishing window, and minimum time between tweets before enabling it.
6.4 Build-in-Public Photos
If you upload photos to attach to tweets, you confirm that you have the right to use and publish those images, and that they comply with X's media policies.
6.5 Our Content
Tweetary's platform, branding, and AI models are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our service.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Tweetary connects to GitHub, Stripe, and X. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms:
We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, webhook delivery failures, or service interruptions on their part.
8. GitHub & Stripe Webhook Data
By connecting GitHub or Stripe, you authorise Tweetary to:
- Receive push webhooks from your GitHub repositories and extract commit metadata (SHA, message, author, branch, timestamp)
- Receive Stripe webhooks for payment, subscription, and MRR-related events
Webhook secrets are stored encrypted. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration from your project settings.
9. Uptime & Service Levels
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, missed tweet schedules, or delayed event processing, except as provided in Section 4.4.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Tweetary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed business opportunities arising from tweets not being published

This limitation does not apply to damages arising from gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
